 How to Use for Women:

• After cleansing, apply toner to clean, damp skin with a cotton pad or ball.
• Wait 30 seconds, then apply your serum and moisturizer.
• Apply morning and night.
  

 How to Use for Men:

• After cleansing and/or shaving, apply toner to clean, damp skin with a cotton pad or ball.
• Wait 30-60 seconds, then apply your moisturizer.
• Apply morning and night.
